- To maintaine qualified professional medical and surgical personnel
- To administer effective emergency treatment with minimal delay
- To prepart the patient and family to manage care needs and medications
during and after hospitalization
- To ensure positive clinical outcomes and appropriate discharge plan in
collaboration with ancillary services

- All nurses have current state licensure, IV certification, and coronary care certification
- All Patient Care Assistants have completed the Certified Nurse Aide course of an equivalency
