Brookville Hospital utilizes the assistance of Press Ganey™ to evaluate our services. Press Ganey™ uses innovative solutions to compile data received from patient surveys. We use this information to monitor success and identify opportunities for improvement.
As a patient of Brookville Hospital, you may be selected to participate in this survey. If selected, you will receive a letter in the mail approximately two weeks after your visit. The surveys are generally two pages of questions utilizing a rating scale of Very Good, Good, Fair, Poor, and Very Poor. We would be grateful if you would take a few minutes to complete the survey.
