Since
1984, Brookville Hospital Foundation has operated
for the benefit of Brookville Hospital. The
Foundation has supported the hospital with grants to
purchase new equipment, scholarships for nursing
students, and special equipment for Home Health Care
patients that they would not otherwise be able to
afford. Meals are provided by the Foundation
as a "thank you" to the Hospital's many volunteers.
Anyone
can make a donation for any amount to the Foundation
and it will be deeply appreciated. Large or small,
all gifts are used to help Brookville Hospital
provide quality medical care.
Brookville
Hospital Memorial Fund -
Contributions to this fund are used for the general
needs of the hospital.
Tree
of Life
-The Tree-of -Life donor wall is located in the Patient
Tower Lobby. General contributions, memorials,
and tributes of $500 or more will be recognized on
an inscription on the Tree-of-Life as a lasting
recognition showing your support of Brookville
Hospital.

Health Caring Fund
- Provides financial assistance to our Home Health
Care patients.
Oncology
Fund -
Provides services and support to our patients
receiving oncology treatments.
Rehab
Medicine Building Maintenance Fund
- Ensures that the Rehab Building, grounds and
parking lot are maintained in prime condition.
General
Contributions
- Provide funds which enable the Foundation to
support Brookville Hospital.
Complimentary
Meal Program
- Provides a complimentary breakfast for family
members spending the night with a loved one who is a
patient.
