Position:
Home Health RN Position Summary 1. Prescribe, delegate, and provide client care activities with respect to the age of the client population served. 2. Promote improvement of quality services. 3. Promote and maintain current knowledge of nursing concepts and procedures appropriate to clinical setting. 4. Promote and maintain a safe environment. 5. Promote a positive image of Brookville Hospital. 6. Promote and maintain effective communication to enhance continuity of care while maintaining client confidentiality. 7. Maximize productivity. 8. May be required to cover On-Call duties as assigned, including managing clinical operations of the agency and performing client visits after normal business hours, on weekends and holidays. 9. Perform other duties as may be assigned by authorized personnel. Qualifications 1. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. 2. Current professional and driver's licensure in the State of Pennsylvania. 3. One year nursing experience or equivalent education and related experience. Home Care experience preferred. 4. Ability to engage in physical activity such as walking, standing, bending, kneeling for up to 75% of the time. 5. Ability to lift 40 lbs. 6. Ability to function independently. 7. Ability to perform fine motor skills. |
